We are the Muktangan UK Trust – supporting the work of Muktangan in India.

Muktangan gives disadvantaged children in Mumbai an education and people from the community a vocation. Muktangan is committed to providing high-quality and inclusive education and training. The children are taught in one of seven schools in Mumbai, while local people are trained to be teachers in a dedicated education centre to create a sustainable model.

 

We strongly believe that education is vital for all, and our work provides an opportunity for the community and its individuals to thrive.

 

All donations to the UK Trust go towards the cost of improving Muktangan’s programme, schooling and training - equipping the children and teachers with the skills to succeed and ensuring them a brighter future.
